Ideally located in open countryside between Najac, Monteils and Varen, and only a 30 minute drive from the popular tourist destination of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, this property would make an ideal holiday or home or the perfect project for somebody wishing to start a business.

The land surrounding the house is pasture, ideal for horses, or for a market garden.  The hangar was built to house sheep, but could now be used for a whole variety of projects subject to local conditions.

The house is constructed from local stone with a clay tiled roof. It was constructed in the early 1960’s and benefits from oil-fired central heating and reversible air conditioning. A fosse septique was installed at the time of construction, but will certainly not conform with new European regulations.
