The House.

The house is served by an oil-fired boiler supplying heating to all rooms.

The house is constructed over four levels in local stone with a lauze roof. Wide stone steps lead up to an wide Hallway, 5m x 2m, with doors into the dining room to the left, and the Salon to the right.

To the rear of the hallway, a glazed door leads into the rear hall, 3.3m x 2.3m, with stairs to the first Floor, and a door leading down into the caves.

Salon, 5.9m x 3.3m, accessed from Hallway.  On the far wall of the salon is a carved stone fireplace. Two windows overlooking the front of the house. To the right an archway leads into a second kitchen forming part of a separate apartment.

The courtyard has two separate vehicular entrances, both with gates. The bulk of the courtyard has been tarmaced excepting those areas given over to lawn and trees and the vegetable garden which is walled off and adjoins the smaller of the two barns.

The smaller barn. Constructed from stone under a lauze roof. Timbers in good order. Electricity on site.  The barn has the traditional two levels each measuring 10m x 4.9m (Total: 98m2). Adjoining the side of the barn is a stone and lauze lean-to (or garage) measuring 5.8m x 3m.

The Main Barn, 24.2m x 6.8m (164.5m2), stone construction and in very good order.  The roof is covered in corrugated everite (also in good order).  The upper floor has an impressive stone arched entrance. Attached to the front of the barn is a 16.8m x 8m covered lean-to open to the sides.

The Porcherie. A magnificent two storey stone and lauze structure divided in to two parts. The larger part is 15.8m x 5.2m with outside steps to the upper level, and the smaller is 6m x 6.4m, with access to the upper level by ladder or other means.
