Lower Ground Floor.

Accessed either internally by stairs or externally by the lower terrace. The lower ground floor consisted originally of one, long stone vaulted cave which linked this property to the house on the opposite side of the lane. The owners have had this professionally blocked off and have left part of the vaulted cave / cellar as a storage and laundry area with plumbing for washing machine and hot water cylinder. The remaining part, which runs to the rear of the house, has been transformed into a stunning stone vaulted, summer dining room, (4m x 3.6m) with tiled floor, mood lighting and open access to the rear terraces. An electrically operated shutter shuts off the dining room when not in use. Step up from this dining room lead onto an open plan covered summer lounge, (4m x 2.5m), benefiting from the shade of the terrace above.

Outside.

VIEWS OF CHATEAU FROM THE TERRACE! The rear terraces and garden are screened either side by walls and vegetation. There is a lower grassed area accessed by steps from the lower terrace and then the land gently falls away into the valley. Spectacular valley views.
