The House.

Lower Ground floor.

Door from front courtyard into a tiled entrance hall with staircase up to ground floor. In the hall are two large storage cupboards and a door leading into a storage area beneath the stairs.

The balance of the ground floor is made up of two caves. One has a concrete and stone floor and is currently used as a garage and store for garden equipment and houses the hot water cylinder. The other has a compacted earth floor and is dry and excellent for general storage including wine.
