The House.

The house was totally stripped back to its shell and tastefully linked to the barn.  Then, a new home was created incorporating these two buildings The property has new electrics, plumbing waste system, double glazing, high levels of insulation and oil-fired central heating. In addition a first floor terrace has been created with access from the sitting room (formerly the barn), and supported by what has become a new garage and boiler room.

Lower Ground floor.

A glazed door leads into a bright and spacious entrance hall, 7.35m x 2.8m, with tiled floor, and an imposing staircase leading up to the sitting room. The land around the house is mainly grassland with the exception of a vineyard with 200 vines planted on a south facing slope.,
